CSI research and evidence for a fixed-supply token design.
Unpenned Token (UNPT) develops the Composite Sustainability Index as a public benchmark. The project also studies how a fixed-supply digital asset could reference the CSI without changing user balances.
Eight weighted sub-indexes turn animal-agriculture observations into an illustrative, provisional CSI calculation. Public source coverage, verification files, revisions and replay records show how each reading was assembled and where its evidence stops. The proposed ERC-20 has a fixed supply of 30,000,000,000 UNPT. It may reference CSI for reporting and policy research, but CSI cannot change balances. No production contract or wallet is live.
UNPT keeps CSI evidence separate from token design.
Current CSI values are provisional. Candidate-track calculation certification applies only to the published calculation. It does not make the index benchmark-trusted or turn the protocol into a live service.
Protocol status is design and pre-deployment review. Token mechanics and the planned wallet are not live services, and Unpenned Token will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
- CSI research
- The primary product: an 8-part sustainability benchmark with public methodology, composition and explicit data-state labels.
- Evidence infrastructure
- The source, verification, revision, proof and replay material needed to inspect what a CSI calculation does and does not establish.
- Token framework
- A fixed-supply v1 design that may use CSI as an observe-only reference for reporting, simulation and reviewed treasury policy; it does not promise a market outcome.
The proposed architecture is a four-step workflow.
A production path would turn reviewed public data into a reference signal in four inspectable steps. Current artefacts remain illustrative and provisional while exact source mappings, rights review and operational evidence are incomplete.
- 1
Source data
The methodology defines eight metrics and a declared public-source roster spanning statistical offices, satellite records, trade databases and research models. A production release would require exact reviewed source identities and rights clearance.
- 2
Validation
A production update would have to pass schema, range, cross-source, anomaly and hash-linked publication checks, with manual review for anything unresolved. The current calculation replay is not proof that those operational checks ran.
- 3
Composite index
Accepted metric inputs would be normalised against a baseline, weighted and adjusted by a direction factor, then composed into a CSI value that starts at 100.
- 4
Public reference
The proposed UNPT v1 framework would use an authenticated CSI as an observe-only reference for reporting, simulation and reviewed treasury policy. It would not be an automatic price target or a supply trigger.
