Treasury transparency.
Treasury custody state is public, separated and read-only.
This page reports only approved public state for UNPT custody accounts, balances and timelocks. It cannot connect a wallet, prepare a transaction, request a signature or move an asset.
UNPT treasury transparency is separate from treasury operation. This public surface reads a bounded disclosure derived from independently verified, exact-block custody receipts. It can show Safe addresses, owners, thresholds, nonces, balances, modules, guards and timelocks after those facts are approved for publication. It never publishes pending unsigned intents, policy internals, signer-device metadata, private keys or signatures. Until custody exists and the disclosure passes its gates, every operational field remains explicitly unavailable.

The public page observes custody; it never operates custody.
- Published state
- Current or executed on-chain facts that passed the approved public-disclosure contract and are bound to an exact block.
- Private operator state
- Pending intents, transaction rules and operational metadata stay outside the public export and outside this browser application.
- Signing
- Hardware-backed owners use the official Safe interface under the approved human ceremony. This site contains no signing or transaction-submission capability.
