Token-value monitor.
Market price and CSI reference are separate public signals.
This read-only monitor keeps market price, time-weighted price, liquidity, market depth, volume, CSI reference, oracle freshness and reserve state distinct and explicitly labelled.
UNPT does not have a hard or soft peg in v1. A mainnet market would discover its own price, while the CSI methodology would publish a separate reference value for reporting and the bounded managed-reference treasury strategy. This monitor never substitutes a simulation when market, reference or oracle evidence is missing. It labels testnet and provisional evidence, marks stale data, discloses reserve and strategy state, and shows only finalized completed actions. Before mainnet launch, those values remain unavailable and the strategy remains suspended and unratified.
